Common questions
First check your server link. It must start with http:// — not https://.
That one letter is the most common cause by far.
Also make sure there are no extra spaces when you paste.

10 to 20 Mbps is the bare minimum for smooth streaming.
Go higher if you want 4K, or if other people are using the same connection at once.
It's not required — but it does help if your ISP blocks streams.
Without a VPN you may need to change your server URL every now and then.
If you do use one, pick a server in your own country. That gives you the best speed and the lowest lag — don't connect to a far-away location.
Paid players simply run better, and some devices really need one.
On a Smart TV we strongly recommend a paid app — it runs far more smoothly than the free ones.
